Title: Leadership Style and Self Awareness - using the Predictive Index Assessment

In this highly interactive session, Heather Haas will provide an overview of the new leadership reality that exists due to economic upheaval and globalization.  Participants will have an opportunity to discuss their specific leadership challenges and the future implications of this new reality.  Heather Haas will highlight 3 leadership challenges that have become “the new normal”:  managing complex and rapid change, making decisions amidst a climate of uncertainty, and standing out in a hyper-competitive marketplace.  Each participant will get the results of their Predictive Index® personality assessment.  Heather will make powerful links between leadership style, self awareness and succeeding in the new reality.
