Find Your Leadership Style with Predictive Index® Assessment

Deadline for survey completion is April 14.

At the May 14th meeting, Heather Haas from Advisa USA will be talking about Predictive Index.  Predictive Index is a tool that can give management teams the power and knowledge to better motivate, lead, and utilize people for achievement of company goals.  It can also help in understanding the dynamics of personal relationships.

Women in Leadership members and guests have the opportunity to complete the Predictive Index survey at no cost. Heather will email the survey to you in the next couple weeks. If you plan to attend her program on May 14, please complete the survey and return it directly to Heather BEFORE April 14th. This will allow Heather time to compile the results. All information is confidential. Heather will bring your results to the May meeting. This will help you relate the information she will discuss at the meeting with your personal assessment.
